Obviously, we would go out of business if our products didn't work the way we say they do, right? Well, that's how sure we are! With the promise of a full refund if you're not satisfied, you have nothing to lose!

This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your goods are back at Kettlebell Fever's warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

For cash payments such as cheque and wire transfer, we will require your bank details, IBAN/SWIFT, to proceed with the refund to your account

Alternatively, contact the Kettlebell Fever Customer Service Desk at 0844 800 4498 to make arrangements for return.

Be sure to to provide the following details:

• Your Web Order Number
• The full address from where we can collect the goods (if applicable)
• A contact phone number
• A preferred time for our carriers to call (if applicable)

Step 2:

You will be contacted in advance to arrange for a suitable collection time and collection place.

Before returning any Product(s) to Kettlebell Fever please check that you have:

1. Enclosed all items and other material supplied unless informed otherwise
2. Used all packaging that was originally supplied
3. Ensure the original invoice is clearly displayed
4. Seal the packaging securely
